When the page has loaded complete the form with your email address, your First and Last Name and select a Password. Browsing and Search
The Bayofafrica website uses technology that makes it fully compatible with both desktop and smart mobile devices. There are some slight navigation differences on mobile, and not all of the websites search options are available, but apart from that you will be able to shop on Bayofafrica with all of your internet devices.
By clicking on the products cover image, or it’s title, you’ll be able to get to the product’s Information Page. On this page we try and provide as much information about the product as possible, as well as other products that might be similar to it.
- Bayofafrica does not have a physical retail store. We are an online retailer and deliver nationwide. We do not allow for order collections from our office or warehouse. The service we offer is a door-to-door service . This means that the shipment is delivered to the address not the person. i.e. If the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
- Bayofafrica can ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas on request.
- It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for us to contact you during delivery hours.
- All goods in transit are insured.
- All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyerbags, with no indication as to the contents whatsoever. Your order is discreet.
- All deliveries take place during business hours, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Government Public Holidays.
- Delivery is R79 on orders under R500
- Delivery on orders over R500 is free.
- Currently Bayofafrica only delivers to addresses in South Africa.
- Delivery time is based on the estimated arrival time of the product(s) in your cart. You'll find the estimated delivery time on the product information page in the shipping & return tab of each product.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by completing the Contact Us page should you wish to return any items. Items returned without prior authorisation are liable for a restocking fee and the shipping charges. When items are authorised for return please package it securely so that it does not suffer any damage during transit.
We believe shopping online should be a worry free experience, so that is why we offer a 7 days money back guarantee for any quality issues or if you have changed your mind. Items are deemed to be delivered in good order and condition on delivery unless otherwise endorsed on delivery note/waybill. If the return is a fault of ours i.e. the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged we will issue a full refund including return shipping charges. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrectly ordered product the return shipping charge will have to be paid by the buyer.
The Client Concierge team will use their discretion to evaluate whether a refund for shipping and handling may be waivered.
Please inspect the product on delivery and contact us immediately, should it be a wrong product or if it arrived damaged.
We will not credit, refund or replace Goods where, in our reasonable opinion, the Goods in question have been returned to us in an unacceptable state (due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care). Where we refuse to credit the order, refund you or replace the Goods, we will notify you by email and you will be liable to cover the costs of the Goods being returned to you.
Once we have inspected your Goods and determined that you are entitled to a credit, refund or replacement, we will notify you of this outcome by email, and we will reimburse you the costs of returning the Goods to us.
We do not accept returns on jewellery products that are for piercings.
